This machine is driven by motor. Through the motor wheels, the
eccentric shaft is driven by the triangle belt and slot wheel,
which make the movable jaw plate keeps moving by a regulated track.
Therefore, the materials in the crushing cavity composed of fixed
jaw plate, movable jaw plate and cheek plate can be crushed and
discharged through the discharging opening.

Longzhen jaw crusher frame's quality is excellent. Because the
frame making method: the outside frame of jaw crusher is made of
forging steel. However, some other manufacturers make the frame by
casting material. So our forging steel frame, which is well cut and
welded and is much harder than casting ones, especially for over
5-10 years' usage, obviously.

Vanadium to increase casting's toughness and extend its useful
time. However, many manufacture still try to make it harder. It's
not scientific, because it looks harder but easier to break in
fact. After all of Longzhen blow bar having heat treatment, the
innerstress is removed and the breaking probability is decreased.
